• Why is Interested Volunteer Onboarding Process so lengthy?

  • Trying to be thoughtful --- Just to manage expectations in a diverse set of amazing people as best we can. 22yr old volunteers and 40yr old volunteers are at very diff stages in life and experience, and we want to make sure volunteers have a non-negative experience. So fewer and quality volunteers is more effective.
